5 Xbox Series X Video Games You Will Want to Get in 2021

Update on

So, the good news is that the latest Xbox console has finally arrived. It’s been almost a decade since we got a proper release. Many Xbox fans are trying to get their hands on this console because it’s supposed to be amazing.

The bad news is that the launch titles weren’t so crazy. The one thing even us diehard Xbox fans can admit is that Sony definitely had a more impressive catalog of launch titles.

However, there is no need to panic. It’s time for some good news. And that is that developers are truly looking to rock our worlds in 2021. We can already start preparing for so many fantastic releases.

So here are the games you can’t miss next year.

Quick Tips Before We Dive In

Many of these games don’t have a firm release date just yet. Don’t despair. That doesn’t mean you’ll have to wait until December, but you will need to pay close attention.

For that reason, we recommend doing what all good gamers know to do. Use a VPN to scour the web for updates.

Why a VPN? Virtual private networks have a ton of benefits for gamers to make their experience safer and more private. But more importantly, you can use them to get organic search results from around the world to get the latest insights.

You’ll never know when a blog in France or a newspaper in Canada will have the inside scoop. So be armed with a VPN to stay on top of things. For example, NordVPN is a great choice if you want to keep up with the latest news worldwide and know that your connection is properly secured.

Now onto our top gaming picks.

1. Halo Infinite

How couldn’t we begin our list with Halo? For many Xbox gamers, this game alone is the main reason why they are purchasing the console.

As the Master Chief enters his third decade, we will be able to look forward to another ring. But this time, Master Chief has his back against the wall as he battles The Banished. Think you’re up to the task?

2. Fable

Fable is another classic that we have all been waiting for another installment of. It is one of the most popular RPG series of all time.

We don’t know much about it yet, but we know it will reboot the series and promises to be just as challenging and endearing as the classic. Stay tuned for more details.

3. Far Cry 6

Far Cry 6 is going to be a game-changer. It even includes Breaking Bad’s Giancarlo Esposito starting as the in-game dictator and villain.

You’ll play as the guerilla resistance fighter Dani Rojas and go on an epic adventure to liberate the island. The graphics, storyline, and gameplay look amazing. Far Cry 6 will definitely be one of the most exciting releases in 2021.

If we had to find any fault with it, it’s that they didn’t cast Giancarlo Esposito in a Far Cry game earlier!

4. Rainbow Six Quarantine

While we all won’t want a reminder of 2020, this new Rainbow Six spin-off of Rainbow Six Siege is one part of everything you love and one part totally new.

Rainbow Six Quarantine

You’ll fight against a mutated alien parasite that has started infecting all of humanity. Here’s what’s cool. You get a three-player co-op mode to battle against this frightening enemy. Think you can handle it?

5. Everwild

Rare has something new in-store with this mysterious new title. Forget about all franchises and get a fresh breath of the geniuses behind some of the most beloved games of all time.

While we don’t know much yet, it will be colorful, bright, and a cheerful mysterious setting. Who knows what the final elements will be, but when we are ready to take a break from parasites in Rainbow Six, this will be an excellent title to pick up!

Awesome Xbox Series X Games to Look Forward To

The new Xbox is truly a console juggernaut. Even if you do opt for the Xbox Series S, you’ll still be getting a radically enhanced gameplay experience compared to what we’ve for the last few years. A lot of us had a difficult year, so it’s nice to think that soon we will enjoy so many great games.

These titles represent the best of the best and start to show off what the console can really do. From enhanced graphics to MMORPG and more, we can’t wait until we get our hands on them.
